Our Promise To You
At Brow Farm, we believe good business starts with trust. Our promise to you is simple: we care for the land, our customers, and the future - and we do it with integrity, from seed to dispatch.
As a family-run regenerative farm in Lancashire, everything we offer reflects our values - from how we grow and package, to how we respond when you email us.
Regenerative & Responsible
We’re committed to farming in ways that restore soil health, improve biodiversity, and reduce waste. We're proud to be members of:
LEAF – Linking Environment and Farming
Regenified – a new standard in Regenerative farming
BASE-UK – farmer-led regenerative agriculture community
This isn’t just good for the planet — it shapes every product and decision we make.
Ethically Sourced
While many of our materials are grown, cleaned, and milled here on the farm, some products come from trusted partners. We carefully source everything with ethics, sustainability, and quality in mind. If we don’t grow it ourselves, we choose suppliers who share our standards.
Eco-Conscious Packaging
We use recycled and repurposed boxes wherever possible. This reduces waste and keeps our pricing fair - savings we pass on to you.
Customer Care Comes First
Whether you’re buying a single cushion or stocking up on growing supplies, we aim to provide friendly, prompt service. Shipping is included in most prices, our returns are fair, and we’re always just an email away.
Transparency at Every Step
We believe in clear pricing, honest product descriptions, and practical policies. Our returns, shipping, and data policies are written in plain English and easy to access - no fine print or legal waffle.
A Small Business with Purpose
Brow Farm Ltd is run from our family farm in Holmeswood, Lancashire. We don’t outsource support or cut corners. Instead, we hand-pack each order and stand behind everything we sell.
We’re proud of what we do, and we’re glad you’re here to be part of it.
If Something’s Not Right...
We work hard to make sure your order arrives just as you’d expect — but if anything’s gone wrong, we’ll do our best to put it right.
If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch by email, phone or through our Contact Us form, letting us know your name, order number (if you have one), and what’s gone wrong. Photos help too if something’s damaged.
We aim to respond within 2 working days, and sort most issues within 5 working days.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, a replacement, or a solution that works for both of us. We promise to treat complaints fairly and with care.
