Naked Oats
A grain with nothing to hide
Naked Oats naturally shed their hulls during harvest, leaving a minimally processed, nutrient-rich grain that’s full of flavour. Grown without fuss, they retain their full bran and germ, offering a great source of protein, fibre, and essential fatty acids.
Perfect for hearty porridge, blending into smoothies, or baking into granola bars, muffins or breads. You can even grind them into flour or cook them into savoury dishes like oat risottos or grain salads.
To cook: rinse thoroughly, then simmer 1 cup of oats with 3 cups of water or milk for 25–30 minutes. Shorter cooking gives a chewier bite, longer for creamier comfort.
Available in several sizes, with 5kg and 10kg options also sold in lidded food-safe buckets.
