This handy starter set includes a wide-mouthed 945ml Mason-style glass jar, a BPA-free sprouting lid, and sample packs of low-input rape and mung bean seeds - perfect for trying out your first sprouts. You’ll also receive a sprouting instructions leaflet with tips and recipe ideas to get you going.

Handy Pantry's dishwasher-safe lid features small drainage holes and a gently concave design, making rinsing and draining easy (without necessarily removing the lid). Nodules on top keep the jar elevated when resting lid-down, encouraging proper airflow and drainage.
