Whole Grain Barley for Cooking & Milling
A versatile grain grown with care on our Lancashire farm
Our whole grain barley strains are grown regeneratively, avoiding the use of pesticides - this makes it good for wildlife, soil health, and you.
Ideal for milling into flour or cooking whole, this is not pearl barley. It retains the full grain, making it a great option for both bakers and cooks seeking nutrient-dense, wholegrain ingredients.
Barley flour is a non-wheat flour that still contains some gluten, making it easier to work with than many gluten-free alternatives.
Grown on the fertile land of West Lancashire, the grain is harvested, dried (if needed), cleaned, and stored on-site at Brow Farm.
ALLERGEN WARNING: Contains barley (a source of gluten).
Available in several sizes; 5kg and 10kg options also available in food-safe lidded buckets.
